Spineless Books "In 2000... for the summer to work on 113 Carolina Avenue, I had the ADAT machine and the TASCAM 58, and used them in tandem, filling up 8 tracks on one machine and then bouncing them to 2 tracks of the other machine." What Paul means to say is that 113 is his Sgt. Pepper. He recused himself and his gear to a remote location to dedicate himself 24/7 to an immersive studio masterpiece, no spiral of darkness, backward instruments, contrived a way to double the number of tracks using two machines.
